Daiwa analyst Kelvin Lau initiated coverage of Li Auto with a Neutral rating and $33 price target. While he identifies the company as the only auto maker in China focused on extended-range electric vehicles, or EREVs, Lau views the stock’s valuation as “unattractive compared to peers.”
