Starboard Value Acquisition (SVAC) is nearing a deal to combine with data-center provider Cyxtera Technologies, Cara Lombardo of Wall Street Journal reports, citing people familiar with the matter. The deal would value Cyxtera at around $3.4B including debt and could be finalized by Monday, sources told the Journal. Cyxtera’s existing owners plan to roll their equity stakes into the combined company, the sources added.
