Qualcomm (QCOM) upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at Piper Sandler with analyst Harsh Kumar saying current share levels “represent a compelling long-term entry point.” 3. Snowflake (SNOW) upgraded to Buy with $300 price target at Deutsche Bank with analyst Patrick Colville saying the company’s product revenue rose 116% in Q4, a two percentage point sequential acceleration and at the high end of the buy-side expectations, suggesting a “very large” total addressable market and a “clear product market fit.” 4. PG&E (PCG) upgraded to Equal Weight from Underweight at Wells Fargo with analyst Neil Kalton saying utilities now trade at a level relative to the S&P 500 that has not been seen since the early 2000s and also remain cheap relative to long-term interest rates. 5. Fiverr (FVRR) upgraded to Neutral from Sell at MKM Partners with analyst Rohit Kulkarni citing the recent weakness in the stock price, noting that at current levels, its risk-reward has turned more “balanced”.
