A small Houston-based company that has been making headlines recently has done it yet again. Today, Houston Natural Resources Corp (OTCPK:HNRC) announced that it has completed its initial audit for its subsidiaries, Houston Natural Resources, Inc. and Worldwide Diversified Holdings, Inc. They are doing this in order to potentially list on NASDAQ later this year.
Houston Natural Resources provides its customers with fresh water and to take in oil-field-generated toxic water for treatment and disposal. The company’s licensed reclamation plant located in the South Texas region will eliminate harmful disposal methods and reduce costs associated with oil field waste reducing environmental pollution.
Traders naturally were optimistic on the news as shares climbed up to $2.28/share (+11.22%) at the session high. As mentioned before, this announcement is one of many in recent months as the company attempts to uplist to NASDAQ.
