12:22 PM EST – Magna Mining Inc. : Has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement to an aggregate of up to 8,444,500 flow-through common shares (up from 6,666,667 FT Shares) at a price of $0.45 per FT Share, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $3,800,025). The FT Shares will be offered by way of a best efforts non-brokered private placement to “accredited investors” resident in the provinces of Canada. Magna Mining Inc. (V.NICU ) shares were unchanged at 0.365.
