CyrusOne (CONE) is near a deal to sell itself to private equity in a transaction that could value the company at more than $10B, Cara Lombardo and Miriam Gottfried of Wall Street Journal reports, citing people familiar with the matter. CyrusOne is in advanced talks with at least two groups and could choose a buyer within days, sources told the Journal. One group includes KKR (KKR) and Global Infrastructure Partners and another, Brookfield Asset Management (BAM), they added. Shares of CyrusOne are up 3% to $85.26 following the report.
