2:01 PM EST – Gold Basin Resources Corp : Announced that it has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the listing of its common shares thereon. The Company’s common shares will commence trading on the TSXV at the market open on December 20, 2021. In connection with the listing of its common shares on the TSXV, the Company has submitted a request to voluntarily delist its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange. The CSE delisting is expected to be effective at the close of the market on December 17, 2021. Gold Basin Resources Corp (C.GXX) shares were unchanged at 0.26.
