The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention lowered the cruise ship COVID-19 Travel Health Notices from Level 3, “High,” to Level 2, “Moderate.” Level 2 is “Moderate,” two notches the “Very High” risk of Level 4. “The THN for cruise ship travel represents the status of the COVID-19 pandemic at this time. For travelers booking cruise travel now, be aware that the level may change as the COVID-19 pandemic evolves and may be different by the time of your cruise,” the agency said on its website. Companies in the cruise space include Norwegian Cruise Line (NCLH), Carnival (CCL) and Royal Caribbean (RCL).
