10:31 AM EST – BRP Inc. : Announced that it has taken up and paid for 2,427,184 subordinate voting shares at a price of $103.00 per Share under BRP’s substantial issuer bid to purchase for cancellation a number of its Shares for an aggregate purchase price not to exceed $250 million. BRP Inc. (T.DOO ) shares were down $0.87 at 97.09.
