1:30 PM EST – Class 1 Nickel : Announced that it proposes to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 4,000,000 common shares of the Company at a price of Cdn$0.25 per share to raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to Cdn$1,000,000. Mr. David Fitch, President of the Company, has committed to fully fund the Private Placement, which remains subject to the receipt of all regulatory approvals. Class 1 Nickel (C.NICO) shares were up $0.03 at 0.16.
