Delaware Court of Chancery chancellor Kathaleen McCormick ruled in favor of Twitter (TWTR) for an expedited trial in its lawsuit against Tesla (TSLA) CEO Elon Musk. Twitter is seeking to enforce Musk’s $44B acquisition of the company. The trial is set for October. Shares of Twitter are up 5% to $40.14 in midday trading.
