11:53 AM EST – TransGlobe Energy Corporation : Has, with the consent of VAALCO Energy, Inc. postponed the special meeting of the holders of TransGlobe common shares to consider, and if deemed advisable, to pass the special resolution to approve the proposed plan of arrangement to implement the business combination with VAALCO originally scheduled to be held at 9:00 a.m. MT on Thursday, September 29, to 9:00 a.m. MT on October 7. TransGlobe Energy Corporation (T.TGL ) shares were up $0.05 at 3.79.
