10:03 AM EST – Ares Strategic Mining Inc : Announces its partnership with Set2Close to build out a sales investment development plan to accompany the Company’s anticipated Utah expansion plans. Ares and Set2Close will work together to realize and achieve Ares’ goals, and ensure it has the resources necessary to fluidly upscale. As part of the transaction the Company will issue 200,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.15 per share for a $30,000 contract for consulting services provided to the Company. Ares Strategic Mining Inc (C.ARS) shares were up one cent at 0.14.
