12:50 PM EST – Red Light Holland Corp : Announced the Company has committed to becoming an aligned supporter and advocate with TheraPsil, a non-profit organization comprised of healthcare practitioners, patients and advocates, that is engaged in raising money through public donations in support of advancing a charter challenge relating to the prohibition of psilocybin under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, on the basis that the prohibition of psilocybin under the CDSA constitutes a violation of Section 7 of Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Red Light Holland Corp (C.TRIP) shares were unchanged at 0.13.
