10:55 AM EST – NFI Group Inc. : Has entered into an investment agreement with Coliseum Capital Management, LLC, as manager of certain funds and accounts, current holder of 12.4% of NFI’s issued and outstanding common shares. Under the terms of the Investment Agreement, Coliseum has agreed to subscribe for and purchase from the Company an aggregate of 24,363,702 Shares, on a private placement basis, at a subscription price of $6.1567 (approximately C$8.25) per Share, for aggregate gross proceeds to NFI of $150,000,000 (approximately C$201,000,000). NFI Group Inc. (T.NFI) shares were up $0.40 at 9.28.
