The base shelf prospectus will allow Dolly Varden to offer up to $50,000,000 of common shares, debt securities, subscription receipts, warrants and units comprised of one or more of the other securities described from time to time over the 25-month period after Canadian securities regulatory authorities have issued a receipt for the final short form base shelfprospectus.
The base shelf prospectus is being filed to provide Dolly Varden with the flexibility to take advantage of financing opportunities from time to time and as market conditions dictate. The terms of such future offerings, if any, will be established at the time of such offerings.
