12:12 PM EST – Pet Valu Holdings Ltd : Announced today that the previously announced secondary bought deal offering of 4,690,000 common shares of the Company by PV Holdings S.à r.l., Roark Capital Partners II AIV AG, L.P., RCPS Equity Cayman LP and Roark Capital Partners Parallel II AIV AG, L.P. at a price of $32.05 per Common Share, for total gross proceeds to the Selling Shareholders of approximately C$150.3 million, has closed. Pet Valu Holdings Ltd (T.PET) shares were -$0.14 at 30.76.
