All dollar amounts referenced herein are in United States dollars unless otherwise noted. The Company recorded net loss for the year ended November 30, 2022 of $2,892,394 or $0.09 per common share, compared with a net loss of $5,259,342 or $0.17 per common share for the year ended November 30, 2021. In the year ended November 30, 2022, the net loss was attributed to the gain on sale of equipment, decreased administrative expense related to professional and legal fees and R&D expenses. Intellipharmaceutics International Inc. (T.IPCI ) shares were unchanged at 0.075.
