Software company %Adobe ($ADBE) has introduced several new %ArtificialIntelligence (A.I.) tools that include an enhanced way to edit photographs.
The company previewed a series of tools that make use of generative A.I. and three-dimensional (3D) image technology.
The new tools showcase the ways in which Adobe is leveraging A.I. to enhance is various products that include Photoshop and Illustrator.
One new tool, called “Project Primrose,” is an interactive dress that shifts into different colors and patterns as it’s worn.
Other previewed items include an editing tool called “Project Stardust” that can automatically detect and remove unwanted items from photographs.
There’s also “Project Dub Dub Dub,” a technology that can automatically dub audio over a video into all supported languages while preserving the speaker’s original voice.
Adobe first began adding A.I. to its Photoshop software in May of this year with the goal of accelerating how users edit photos. It allows users to add or delete elements from images with a text prompt. It can also match the lighting and style of the existing images automatically.
Adobe’s stock has risen 60% this year and currently trades at $540.41 U.S. per share.
