Recently Uplisted Firm Announces Acquisition of Uranium Exploration Property

This Canadian mineral exploration company is focused on the exploration of its uranium properties in northern Saskatchewan and just announced a new acquisition. Cosa Resources Corp. (TSXV: COSA) (OTCQB: COSAF) announced the acquisition of the 100% owned Solstice uranium exploration property in the Athabasca Basin region, Saskatchewan and entered into a service agreement with Native Ads Inc. 

The property comprises three mineral claims totaling 628 hectares staked in October 2023. Initial exploration is expected to include reconnaissance airborne surveys to determine if EM conductors are present within Solstice. Additional work will include ground-based geophysics for target refinement and diamond drilling as warranted.

Shares, which uplisted to the TSX last week, were trading at $0.30 in afternoon trade.
