10:44 AM EST – Oroco Resource Corp. : Announced that it has completed its previously announced brokered private placement of 14,051,127 units of the Company at a price of $0.45 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $6,323,007.15, which includes the partial exercise of the Agents’ option. Each Unit is comprised of one common share in the capital of the Company and one half of one Common Share purchase warrant Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Common Share at an exercise price of $0.65 for 24 months following the closing date of the Offering. Oroco Resource Corp. (V.OCO) shares were up $0.03 at 0.435.
