Nvidia price target raised by $24 at Citi, here’s why

Citi analyst Atif Malik raised the firm’s price target on Nvidia to $150 from $126 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm increased its above-consensus 2025 and 2026 earnings estimates by 7% and 13%, respectively, to reflect the company’s growing 2025 build plan of GB200 for both NVL36/76 configurations in the supply chain. While large cloud service providers represented mid-40s percent of data center sales in Nvidia’s April quarter as they ramped AI infrastructure at scale, enterprise AI agents will be the next wave of AI demand, particularly for inference, which is 40% of Nvidia’s data center sales, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
