10:24 AM EST – Copperleaf Technologies Inc. : Announced that the Supreme Court of British Columbia issued an interim order in connection with the previously announced indirect acquisition by Industrial and Financial Systems, IFS AB of all the issued and outstanding common shares of Copperleaf for $12.00 in cash per Share, pursuant to a statutory plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act. Copperleaf Technologies Inc. (T.CPLF) shares were up $0.04 at 11.89.
