ARR notes that it has been holding discussions with a third party about acquiring the minority shareholders’ position (excluding Altius Minerals’ position) at a targeted price of $12.00 per share. As at the date hereof, no agreement has been reached and there can be no assurances that any agreement will be reached. ARR regularly evaluates a wide range of strategic opportunities in the ordinary course. Altius Renewable Royalties Corp. (T.ARR) shares were up $0.43 at 10.8.
