Nvidia price target raised by $15 at Goldman Sachs, here’s why

Goldman Sachs analyst Toshiya Hari raised the firm’s price target on Nvidia to $150 from $135 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares, which are also on the firm’s “Americas Conviction List.” After having hosted a group investor meeting with CEO Jensen Huang, CFO Colette Kress and other members of management, the firm came away with a better appreciation of the company’s competitive moat and, importantly, the projected increase in Inference workload complexity as well as its implications for future compute demand, the analyst tells investors. Separate from the meetings, the firm increases its FY26/27 revenue and non-GAAP EPS estimates, on average, by 7% and 8%, respectively, to reflect recent industry developments, including higher cloud capex and robust order trends at the major AI server OEMs, the analyst added.
