Vaycaychella, Inc. (OTC Pink: VAYK), a technology company in the short-term vacation property rental market, announced in a press release today that it has been receiving stable revenue from its first acquired Airbnb operation. Vaycaychella also said it continues growing its metro Atlanta business to become operationally profitable in the fourth quarter of 2024.
The firm also announced a major business initiative planned for next year, which has the potential to revolutionize the short-term rental industry.
Earlier this year, Vacaychella announced that it was refocusing its Airbnb business on the domestic market of the United States and rebuilding its management team. The first acquisition has generated revenue for the company in the past two months, and the company will likely book a small operating profit for the fourth quarter of 2024.
The company has also acquired the rights to renovate a historic landmark in downtown Atlanta into a $5 million Airbnb property.
Shares ended Thursday trading sharply higher.
