State Street Corp. (STT: Quote) Tuesday said its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Edward Resch announced his plans to retire in 2013, following the appointment of his successor and an orderly transition.
State Street will conduct a comprehensive internal and external search for a new chief financial officer, the company said in the statement.
