In an interview that has been making the rounds on the internet over the last 24 hours, outspoken U.K. Independence Party MEP Nigel Farage shared some thoughts on the “irreconcilable split between the North and the South of Europe” that is at the heart of the ongoing Cyprus bailout crisis.

Farage notes that this is the fifth eurozone country out of 17 that has required a bailout and added:
…once one country goes, the whole deck of cards will come tumbling down and countries like Germany will realize absolutely vast losses, possibly as much as 1 trillion euros … that is why they’ve resorted to what can only be described as theft and now that they’ve done it in one country, they are quite capable of doing it in Italy, Spain, Portugal, or anywhere else.
Not surprisingly, Nigel thinks people should get their money out of those countries and Europe in general.
