Kyocera Corp. (KYO: Quote) announced the appointment of Goro Yamaguchi, former director and managing executive officer, as president, representative director and executive officer. Tetsuo Kuba assumes responsibilities as chairman of the board and representative director, effective immediately.
Goro Yamaguchi joined Kyoto Ceramic in 1978. He was appointed to board in 2009.
