What we’ve seen so far is the dollar (UUP, quote) rally and rates pushing on emerging markets (EEM, quote). We think this is ultimately something that sets up for a surprise and some this is a little overdone even though some longer-term trends in the darn rates are higher.
We get into China (FXI, quote) and Brazil (EWZ, quote) as well as Russia (RSX, quote), were mixed on all three places. China we think the weekends data is a head fake.
In Brazil we think the election hopes are just hope and in Russia we say hands off so buy sell neutral we get into on the call. Login into your account for the full audio call.
