Harsco (HSC) downgraded to Sector Weight from Overweight at KeyBanc. 3. Western Digital (WDC) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at Summit Insights and Craig-Hallum. 4. Inseego (INSG) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Northland and to Neutral from Buy at Roth Capital. 5.
