1. Kodiak Sciences (KOD) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Goldman Sachs with analyst Graig Suvannavejh citing valuation.
2. CMC Materials (CCMP) downgraded to Sell from Neutral at Citi with analyst Amanda Scarnati saying competition and efficiencies in slurry usage are threats to “significant growth moving forward.”
3. LyondellBasell (LYB) downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Bernstein with analyst Jonas Oxgaard saying the COVID recovery thesis has largely played out.
4. Dow Inc. (DOW) downgraded to Hold from Buy at Deutsche Bank and to Market Perform from Outperform at Bernstein.
5. Palantir (PLTR) downgraded to Equal Weight from Overweight at Morgan Stanley with analyst Keith Weiss saying there has been greater than 50% spike in the stock price over the past three weeks and he sees the risk/reward as balanced with the shares trading near his revised price target.
