2. Arcturus Therapeutics (ARCT) downgraded to Neutral from Outperform at Baird, to Equal Weight from Overweight at Barclays, to Neutral from Buy at H.C. Wainwright and to Market Perform from Outperform at Raymond James after the company reported a Phase 1/2 data update for its COVID-19 mRNA vaccine candidate ARCT-021.
3. Aprea Therapeutics (APRE) downgraded to Neutral from Outperform at Baird with analyst Madhu Kumar saying the top-line results for eprenetapopt “quash any remaining bull thesis.”
4. Silverback Therapeutics (SBTX) initiated with an Outperform at SVB Leerink and with Buy ratings at Stifel, H.C. Wainwright and Goldman Sachs.
5. Seer (SEER) initiated with an Outperform at Cowen, with an Overweight at JPMorgan and with an Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley.
