Fly Intel: Top five analyst downgrades

F5 Networks (FFIV) downgraded to Sell from Neutral at Goldman Sachs, with analyst Rod Hall saying F5’s software growth targets are optimistic in a market which is “rapidly transitioning” to cloud-based architectures where the company has lower share. 2. News Corp. (NWSA) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at UBS, with analyst Tom Beadle citing valuation for the downgrade following the recent share price strength. 3. Vivendi (VIVHY) downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Bernstein, with analyst Matti Littunen saying that by September 27, only 10% of Universal Music Group may be left with Vivendi, and Littunen believes that the value unlocked by the spinoff is priced in by now. 4. TFI International (TFII) downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at BMO Capital, with analyst Fadi Chamoun saying much of the cyclical opportunity as well as acquisition related earnings and cash flow accretion are already discounted in the shares at current valuation levels. 5. Allison Transmission (ALSN) downgraded to Sell from Buy at Goldman Sachs, with analyst Jerry Revich saying trucking spot prices are at historical highs while utilization levels have deteriorated for a sub-sector that has the shortest cycle in the sector.
