The fourth graph shows existing home sales by month for 2022 and 2023.

Existing Home Sales Year-over-yearSales declined 15.4% year-over-year compared to September 2022. This was the twenty-fifth consecutive month with sales down year-over-year. This was a new cycle low, below the 4.00 million SAAR in January 2023.
