Wells Fargo analyst Bonnie Herzog upgraded Coca-Cola to Outperform saying the shares should be a core holding in 2018 and beyond. The analyst raised her price target for the shares to $51 from $45. The beverage company closed yesterday up 18c to $46.72. The market is underestimating “several key points” which Coca-Cola is likely to highlight at its investor day on November 16, Herzog tells investors in a research note. These include accelerating top-line growth trends, margin expansion opportunities in next three years and faster earnings growth, the analyst contends. She sees positive earnings revisions in the near future.
